What is a croquis / life model session?
Croquis or life drawing is a traditional exercise of a quick drawing or painting of a nude live model. The sketches are usually made in a few minutes, after which the model changes pose. The poses can also be longer based on agreement of the participants and the model. For this session, you can expect a combination of short (1–5 min) and slightly longer poses (5–15 min).
Flat Octopus believes in the beauty of the human body and the usefulness of the traditional life-model drawing. We want to have more of them in Stockholm. This is the first of a series of croquis session, so come and try it out with us.
